Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This is a general privacy policy template, not a substitute for legal advice. We recommend VectorPlus have this reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it as a complete compliance solution.
Who we are
TechBlogNation is a blog operated by VectorPlus ("we", "us", "our"). VectorPlus's registered business address is [VectorPlus registered business address]. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, occupation (optional), email address, your message, and whether you're reaching out generally or pitching a post.
- Newsletter signup: email address.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact form, to send newsletter emails to people who opted in, and to evaluate blog-post pitches submitted through the Contact form.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing vendor based in the United States, which stores submissions on our behalf so we can view and respond to them. We don't share your data with anyone else.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually any web host, Vercel automatically logs standard technical request data — such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and request timestamps — for security and operational purposes. This is separate from cookies; see our Cookie Policy for that.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and pitch submissions only as long as needed to respond to them, and newsletter email addresses for as long as you remain subscribed.
Your rights if you're in the United States (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we've collected about them, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — though we don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email hello@techblognation.com.
Your rights if you're in India (DPDP Act, 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we collect your personal data only with your consent and only for the purposes stated above. You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Some of your data may be processed by vendors located outside India — specifically Formspree, which is based in the United States.
Grievance Officer: for any complaints or questions about how your personal data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@techblognation.com.
